AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Treease website, hosted services, and related features that link to these terms (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
OUR SERVICES
The Services may evolve over time. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time.
The Services may store, process, and serve user content and related application data in order to operate hosted features.
REPOSITORY LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Treease source repository is licensed under the repository license file distributed with the codebase. Your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute repository source code are governed by that license, not by these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service apply to the website, hosted services, and related content that we make available outside the repository license grant, including site design, branding, logos, and service-operated content, unless a different license is stated for a specific item.
Except for rights expressly granted by the repository license or another stated license, we reserve all rights in the Services and related branding.
ACCOUNTS
Some parts of the Services may require an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the Services to:
- violate applicable law or regulation;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
- interfere with the security, integrity, or normal operation of the Services;
- upload or transmit malicious code, abuse automation, or otherwise degrade the Services for others; or

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to submit content to the Services.

The Services may link to or depend on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms, policies, or content.
TERMINATION

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
